When we walked into the sales office we were Greeted by Robert (the best of the BEST). We already had plan ideas and basically knew what we wanted which made the process even better. If we had a question or wanted to change something to our house plan, Robert was just a call/email/text away. QUICK RESPONSES ARE KEY and Robert does just that! Compared to our last encounter with our real estate agent who was horrible at communication, Robert was so easy to get along with.
